Ms. Yi-Ling Hsieh graduated from Chemistry Department, National Taiwan University in 2002, and obtained a degree of Master in Chemistry from National Taiwan University in 2004, and began her career as a patent engineer at Lee and Li in 2010. Ms. Yi-Ling Hsieh has extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent search and analysis, patent validity assessment, patent right disputes (cancellation proceeding, prevention of patent infringement, patent infringement litigation, etc.) in the fields of chemical materials, medicine, semiconductor and so on, and has participated in numerous patent dispute cases as well as infringement litigation cases,
