Vivian is specialized in corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, intra-group restructuring, and energy law related practices.
Vivian advises clients from various industries and assists clients in investment structures planning, providing legal consultation, drafting and reviewing legal documentations, and applying for government approvals. Vivian has extensive experiences in renewable energy projects, including solar projects and offshore wind farm projects, assisting in divestment projects, drafting and negotiating various contracts such as corporate PPA, cable crossing agreements, etc. She also assists offshore wind farm developer in energy projects in Taiwan in respect of legal and regulatory issues arose during development, construction, and operation phases.
In addition, Vivian has nearly six-year working experiences in the legal and regulatory compliance positions of foreign insurer and bank, and is familiar with and experienced in insurance, corporate banking related regulations and practices.
