Yulla Chen is an attorney in Lee and Li's Banking and Capital Markets Department. Her practice centers on syndication financing, project financing, cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, general corporate governance, and compliance matters of financial institutions.

Yulla has experience assisting banks and other financial institutions on various issues concerning the financing structure, security arrangement, and related regulatory matters of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. She participated in the Hai Long Offshore Wind Farm Project, Taiwan's largest offshore wind farm financing project, in 2023.
