Her practice focuses on trademark and copyright law, including international and domestic trademark prosecution, dispute resolution, trademark counseling and enforcement, licensing, unfair competition, and domain name disputes. With 25 years of experience, Feng-Yi has assisted clients in developing effective mechanisms and strategies to protect, exploit, and enforce their trademark rights. She has extensive experience representing clients in trademark disputes and infringement actions and possesses considerable expertise in securing trademark protection across the Greater China area. Feng-Yi is a long-standing member of several international intellectual property organizations, including INTA, MARQUES, Multilaw, and the International Lawyers Network (ILN).
