Mr. Liu primarily assists clients with multinational patent patent portfolio-building in the United States, China, Japan, Taiwan, the European Union, and other countries. Mr. Liu is also quite skilled in patent invalidation, as well as patent validity and infringement analyses. Before joining Lee and Li, Mr. Liu worked in the intellectual property department of a memory company in Hsinchu Science Park. He is familiar with cells and peripheral circuits of various non-volatile memory and has extensive experience in fields such as display panels, analog circuit design, immersive technology, and short-range wireless communication.
