Mr. Ian Su started work in the patent profession in 2011, obtained the license of Patent Attorney in 2013 and joined Lee and Li in 2016. Mr. Ian Su has extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent drafting, patent search and analysis, patent validity assessment, patent right disputes (cancellation proceeding, prevention of patent infringement, patent infringement litigation, etc.) in the fields of mechanical engineering, design and so on, and has participated in numerous cases and helped the clients protect the validity of their patent rights, assert against infringers and exercise their rights.
