Shih-Yang Lee obtained his B.S. degree and M.S. degree in Chemistry from Department of Chemistry, National Chung Cheng University. He served at National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology from 2004 to 2008. He went to Japan and served at UTJ Corporation in 2008.
