Johnny Liao is an attorney at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. He graduated from the department of law of National Taipei University in 2016 and earned his LL.M. degree from National Taipei University in 2018. Mr. Liao’s practice focuses on litigation and arbitration. He has represented and advised clients to resolve disputes arising from cross-border commercial transactions and construction contracts. His forte also lies in criminal cases involving corruption, breach of securities and exchange regulations, fraud, breach of trust, invasion of privacy, and breach of the labor-safety laws.
