JaeSeon is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. His practice area focuses on corporate investment, mergers and acquisitions, competition and antitrust, energy law, and TMT.
JaeSeon often counsels multinational clients on general corporate and regulatory compliance matters, reviews commercial contracts, and assists clients in conducting legal due diligence. He also supports clients by offering legal advice on issues pertaining to the energy sector, and digital sector, as well as the handling of merger filing in cross-border and domestic transactions.
JaeSeon is also a member the Korean Language Practice Group, providing a comprehensive legal service that includes both contentious and non-contentious matters to Korean companies operating or planning to expand its presence in Taiwan. He also conducts comparative legal research on Korean legal systems.
