Elina Yu received her B.S and LL.M. degrees from Dept. of Pharmacy and Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies, College of Law, National Taiwan University, respectively. She is not only an admitted attorney but also a certified pharmacist. Elina has joined our firm since 2018 and focuses her practice on patent prosecution, patent-linkage, patent term extension, patent invalidation actions and administrate remedy procedures. In addition, Elina has experience in providing consultation on compliance of food and cosmetics ingredients.
