Beyond Tariffs: Practical Strategies to Elevate Your U.S. Investment
Invitation Letter for Seminar
In the context of Trump-era reciprocal tariff policies, Taiwanese businesses, primarily exporters of semiconductors, hardware and components, consumer electronics, precision instruments, and industrial machinery, have been notably impacted by these measures. Concurrently, with the U.S. government’s emphasis on reshoring American manufacturing, Taiwanese supply chain companies are actively planning investments within the United States. These companies must navigate a complex regulatory environment that spans federal, state, and local jurisdictions, including compliance with labor laws, environmental regulations, occupational safety standards, and other multifaceted requirements. The seminar will also highlight site selection strategies, showing companies how to evaluate which U.S. states offer the best conditions for manufacturing and R&D facilities. In addition, practical guidance will be provided on maximizing available incentives to support long-term success.
