Maggie Chang is a senior associate in the Banking and Capital Market Department of Lee and Li. Her practice focuses on M&A, banking, capital market, insurance, financing and corporate regulatory compliance.
Ms. Chang has assisted many renowned foreign financial institutions including PRC banks and foreign corporate entities in offering into Taiwan market. In the field of aircraft financing and leasing, she has advised many international banks, international aircraft lessors and local airlines on lease, sale, conditional sale, sale and leaseback transactions. She also has experience in M&As in industries such as IT, electronics, insurance, energy and advertising, including advising Prudential International Insurance Holdings on the sale of Prudential Life Taiwan to Taishin Financial Holdings.
Before joining Lee and Li, Ms. Chang worked as a legal counsel of Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (known as Foxconn, a world leading electronic manufacturer) in charge of the company's overseas investments including joint ventures and merger and acquisitions deals.
