David Tseng is an attorney works in the Corporate and Investment Department, specializing in corporate investments, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is also a member of the Tax Practice Group and Private Wealth & Family Governance Practice Group. His comprehensive private wealth practice encompasses total solutions for family business succession (including dispute prevention and tax optimization), domestic and offshore equity and trust structures, private asset planning, and equity trust arrangements for publicly listed companies. In addition, he regularly advises clients on general tax matters and tax compliance, and represents them at all stages of tax controversies, including reinvestigations, administrative appeals, tax litigation, and tax settlements.
David also brings extensive experience to the litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has successfully handled a wide spectrum of complex contentious matters, including international cross-border letter-of-credit disputes, landmark infrastructure project disputes in Taiwan, commercial contract non-performance claims, consumer litigations, and high-stakes family equity transfers and income attribution disputes.
