Ying-Chen Chou is a qualified attorney who graduated from the Financial and Economic Law Division of the Department of Law at National Taiwan University, passing the Taiwan Bar Examination in the same year. During her legal studies, she participated in an exchange program at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (WUSTL Law).
Specializing in intellectual property law, Attorney Chou completed a traineeship in the Trademark Division of the Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs (TIPO), gaining in-depth insight into TIPO’s examination standards and administrative procedures.
