Yuan-Yuan has extensive and sophisticated experience in public M&As and IPOs in offshore markets. Notable transactions include CDIB Capital's privatization of Jintex Corporation, Center Laboratories' privatization of Glac Bioteck Co., Ltd., Taiwan Cement Corporation's privatization of TPCC, and Blue Ocean's de-SPAC merger with TNL Mediagene for listing on Nasdaq.
Yuan-Yuan has also represented prominent venture capital firms, including Alibaba, WI Harper and Taiwania Capital, to finance startups engaged in IoT, AI, big data analytics, FinTech, e-commerce and biotech sectors.
