Christina Chiang focuses her practice on merger and acquisition, venture capital financings, securities investment, real estate, competition law and general corporate.
Christina regularly assists PE funds and international and domestic clients with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including KKR's acquisition of LCY Group, Kioxia Group's acquisition of Lite-on's SSD business, MBK's disposal of CNS Group, Taiwan Optical Platform's acquisition of HYA Cable and TY Cable, privatization of TWi Pharmaceuticals and JCET's acquisition of Stats ChipPAC.
Christina also represents various prominent venture capital firms including Alibaba Group and WI Harper Group to invest in startups, ranging from digital health, sustainable technology, intelligent agriculture, e-commerce, blockchain, AR, AI businesses.
Christina also advises clients on complex real estate and BOT transactions, including deal structure, due diligence and contract negotiation, and competition law, including anti-trust analysis.
