Mr. Chan's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and capital market. He has exposures to a wide range of clients from different industries including media, telecommunications, health care, and high-tech industries. He is also very active in assisting foreign green energy funds to build up project investments in Taiwan.
Mr. Chan also specialized in PRC investment projects in Taiwan. Recently he advised the Chinese E-commerce giant and a few other private or state owned PRC companies and private equity funds on their investment projects in Taiwan.
