Yi-Jiun is a partner at Lee and Li, where she co-leads the Energy and Construction as well as the Real Estate practice groups. With decades of experience, she provides sophisticated legal counsel on project development, joint ventures, equity acquisitions and divestments, real estate conveyancing and leasing, M&A transactions, construction contracts, and dispute resolution across the energy and real estate sectors.

Yi-Jiun possesses extensive expertise in the energy sector, with a particular focus on both thermal IPPs and renewable energy projects. She has been instrumental in advising leading developers and infrastructure funds on a wide range of investments, including onshore and offshore wind, solar power, and BESS projects. Her experience is especially notable in representing sponsors in offshore wind projects with a combined installed capacity of around 3 GW. Additionally, she has successfully guided numerous solar and BESS development and financing transactions throughout Taiwan, demonstrating a deep understanding of the regulatory, commercial, and financing complexities unique to the region's evolving energy market.

Notably, Yi-Jiun served as counsel for Taiwan's first onshore wind farm project finance, as well as the Round 1 demonstration and subsequent Rounds 2 and 3 offshore wind projects. In addition, her advisory scope extends to conventional and renewable energy developers on all aspects of share transfers and project agreements, including CPPAs, EPCI contracts, O&M agreements and portfolio asset management agreements.

In addition to her energy practice, Yi-Jiun also maintains a robust practice in construction and real estate. She represents prominent international retailers and developers in various infrastructure projects, including the development, construction, and operation of a diverse portfolio of assets, such as data centers, flagship retail stores, shopping malls, hotels and resorts. Her real estate practice encompasses a broad range of transactional matters, including conveyancing, leasing, and lease-back arrangements, particularly involving big-box warehouses, fuel stations, and other commercial properties. Furthermore, Yi-Jiun provides counsel on government procurement processes, PPP projects and urban renewal projects.

Since 2008, Yi-Jiun has been consistently recognized by leading international legal directories and expert rankings, including:
