 Private Equity Deal of the Year – KKR's Acquisition and Take-Private of LCY Chemical
Lee and Li represented the leading global private equity fund KKR in its acquisition and take-private of LCY Chemical, which is the largest PE deal in Taiwan in over a decade with a transaction value of approximately US$1.56 billion. The complexity of this transaction made it a benchmark deal in the history of Taiwan's PE M&A.
