Tim has extensive experience handling intellectual property disputes. He focuses on dispute resolution for infringement, validity and licensing issues regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. He also provides legal opinions with strategic analysis and representation in litigation, and is experienced in representing clients for antitrust law matters.
In addition to handling high-profile cases, Tim reviews and drafts contracts regarding drug development, distribution and procurement, and has acquired in-depth knowledge of Taiwan's pharmaceutical patent linkage system due to his works with relevant competent authorities. He also assists clients with legal compliance and establishing internal corporate policies.
