Benjamin Y. Li is a partner at the firm’s Trademark and Corporate practices. As a Taiwan Bar member since 2002 (and a New York Bar member since 2005), Benjamin first gravitated toward M&A work, representing one of the true generalist-type practices, and then becomes specialized in brand protection, private equity and securities governance advisory.
