杨镇纲律师主要执业领域包括国内外股权投资、企业并购、能源项目、公司治理、电子商务、新型态支付之法令遵循、并购交易及高资产个人税务分析规划。

曾代表国际知名之私募基金如Permira、Advantage Partners及美国Nasdaq上市之Peloton完成在台首宗并购案及进行投后管理，并协助国内创投、私募基金及机构投资人进行投资，处理境外公司股权交易、集团架构重组、海外信托，并提供相关之税务咨询与建议。也代表SPAC 公司 Provident Acquisition Corp与玩美移动公司 Perfect Corp.完成合并于NYSE完成上市。

借调至Apple担任集团法务期间，对于消费性电子产品之进出口、检验及标示、新型态支付、个资保护相关法令遵循及消费争议处理颇具经验。另协助多间国际知名之高科技公司来台设立公司或投资，对于外资及陆资投资法令及实务均相当娴熟。

杨律师负责处理多项基础设施投资案，包括离岸风电场、太阳能及燃气发电厂。他也参与 Ørsted大彰化东南离岸风场（605MW）及大彰化西北离岸风场（583MW）释股案，均为近期台湾能源交易的重要里程碑。他目前担任 Garage+（台湾知名的创业育成中心）创业计划的导师，推动生态系统发展。
