郭律师专精于并购、不动产/营建、公司投资及电子商务等领域，向以提供客户专业且有效率之法律服务为己任。

郭律师长期协助国内外客户进行复杂之不动产及并购案件，深获客户信赖。同时具备不动产及并购等跨领域专长，举凡不动产买卖、租赁、开发及融资，抑或项目公司股权买卖、投资、并购及合资安排，以及公司组织重组、对外投资，均相当娴熟，除前期法律查核及交易架构规划外，亦擅长草拟及协商合约、协助各项申请及交割等，能提供灵活的解决方案。

郭律师服务客户包括各产业公司、私募基金、投资人、业主及开发商，对象类型涵盖办公室、商用不动产（包括旗舰店）、厂房、数据中心、物流中心、旅馆及住宅等，了解产业脉动。近期协助客户之指标性案例包括：联邦快递承租远雄自由贸易港区案、韩商酷澎在台建置及扩建仓储、新光钢物流中心出租、科技龙头及私募基金来台购置数据中心案、日立公开收购永大机电并进行股份转换、博报堂公开收购格威传媒并进行股份转换、辉瑞出售健康保健事业（含厂房）予葛兰素史克、INNOViON来台设立半导体离子植入厂、勤美集团与IHG合作引进洲际酒店、麦当劳变更在台经营模式为授权发展商及首峰基金买受及出售庆城福华大楼等。

除不动产及并购案件外，郭律师亦协助董事会、股东会及公司治理、法规遵循等公司日常营运事宜。而伴随电子商务、电子支付、金融科技及AI之发展，郭律师亦持续协助各该领域之国内外客户在台拓展营业，及规划合规之营运模式。

郭律师于2026年Chambers and Partners不动产及项目（Real Estate & Projects）领域获列名推荐，并获Asia Business Law Journal评选为Taiwan's Top 100 Lawyers之一。
