Specializing in intellectual property law, Gloria is an accomplished lawyer who has worked in a diversity of practices at Lee and Li for almost 20 years. She has extensive experience and particular expertise in IP enforcement, licensing, transaction and unfair competition issues. She also handles litigation concerning patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks and has led multinational teams to win numerous IP-related litigations. Gloria has helped many clients review IP-related contracts on transaction, collaborative research, manufacturing, and confidentiality and non-competition. Gloria's science background also makes her highly sought by clients managing patent applications in Greater China. In addition to IP practice, Gloria has handled many cases of data protection, product liability and consumer protection, including counseling clients on management, enforcement, auditing, dispute resolution and tax exemption matters.
