Mr. Nate Yu-Chieh Lin practice includes invention, utility model, design patent application preparation and prosecution, domestically and internationally. He also has experience in intellectual property management, patent invalidation, appeal, patent infringement lawsuit and patent infringement assessment. Mr. Lin covers a broad array of technologies, including mechanics, mechanical engineering, consumer electronics, construction, optics, textiles of article of footwear and bicycle.
Prior to joining Lee and Li, he was a U.S. patent agent with limited recognition, and worked for several patent boutique law firms in Taiwan and the United States, handling patent drafting, patent search, and prosecution and had experiences in discovery procedure of several patent infringement lawsuits in the United States.
