Oliver Hung is a partner at Lee and Li. He graduated in law for LL.B. from the National Taiwan University and further received a LL.M. degree at National Taiwan University. Then he received another LL.M. degree at Duke University. Admitted in 1992, he has a wide range of practices with a special focus on merger and acquisition and intellectual properties related matters in particular in high tech investment, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, going private transactions and technologies licensing.
