Shu-Ching Wang graduated from the Chemical Engineering department of National Taiwan University and obtained Master of Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Shu-Ching Wang is knowledgeable in the ROC (Taiwan) patent law and the patent law of the US, EPC, PCT, etc.
Shu-Ching Wang has particular expertise in patent filing and patent strategy, and also has experience handling patent disputes and litigation. Over the past decade, Shu-Ching Wang has taught at institutions such as National Chiao Tung University's Institute of Technology Law and National Cheng Kung University's Institute of Biotechnology, and has also been a frequent speaker on topics including patents, international treaties, and protection of intellectual property.
