Thomas Chu is an attorney in Lee and Li's Corporate and Investment Department. His practice covers fair trade and antitrust law, corporate M&A and investment, energy law, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Lee and Li, Thomas was a member of the Antitrust & Competition practice group at the German law firm Noerr.

Thomas focuses on fair trade and competition law cases such as domestic and extraterritorial merger notifications, restrictive agreements, abuse of market position, and unfair competition practices. Thomas is also actively involved in cases of corporate M&A and investment, legal due diligence, consultation, permitting processes for energy projects as well as data privacy law. Thomas regularly advises clients on general corporate matters and reviews and drafts all types of commercial agreements.
