After graduated from National Taipei University in 2006, Ms. Clair Y. W. Gao has practiced in the field of Intellectual Property Protection. From September of 2007, Clair worked in Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law as an associate in the field of trademark protection, dealing with trademark applications and dispute cases, including joining seizure actions for a famous Japanese company against infringing products. Clair joins Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law since March of 2011 and continues handling Intellectual Property related cases locally and globally, including trademark prosecution, trademark registability analysis, trademark dispute, trademark enforcement, trademark administrative remedy, copyright enforcement, reviewing contract and providing legal opinion. While working in this firm, Clair has assisted famous multinational corporations and local companies, in the fields of whiskey, beverages, energy drink, sport nutritional supplements, pharmaceutical for human and animal, apparel, lubricant, electronics industry, mechanical, etc. in trademark protection in Taiwan and other countries.
