She actively handles labor law matters, advising clients on labor regulations, including reviewing Work Rules, Employee Handbooks, Sexual Harassment Prevention Guidelines, and employment contracts, and assisting in the development of employment policies such as contract termination, employee benefits, mass layoffs, and union negotiations. In addition, Sandy represents clients in civil disputes and labor-related litigation.
