Nelson Huang received a master’s degree in laws from Soochow University (Taiwan), an MBA degree from Drexel University (2003), and a master’s degree in civil construction management from Yulin University of Science and Technology. He is a lawyer and a civil engineer.
Before being an attorney, Nelson has been a civil engineer, and has headed the project management and development department of a listed construction company for over a decade. He has worked on several projects for combined types of land development, urban renewal projects, and projects for promoting private participation in infrastructure projects, prepared proposals for superficies creation cases, and participated in bidding procedures. He has rich experience in execution of projects, and handling disputes arising from contract performance and management.
Since 2016, Nelson has been an attorney at Lee & Li, Attorneys-at-Law. His major practice areas include complaints about government procurement contracts, and mediation, arbitration and litigation for disputes over performance of engineering contracts. He has handled complaints involving government procurement contracts, and other disputes over performance of contracts on domestic major engineering projects. With his expertise on both engineering and law and his experiences in construction and real estate earned from his long services at construction companies, Nelson can analyze and handle cases to accurately meet clients’ needs.
