Mr. Chan's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and capital market. He has exposures to a wide range of clients from different industries including media, telecommunications, green energy, health care, and high-tech industries.
Mr. Chan represented buyers and sellers in numerous public and private transactions. His recent representations include the following:
-Toshiba Memory's (Kioxia) acquisition of the SSD business from Lite-On
-Chaun-Choung Technology's sales of shares to Nidec
-The three in one merger of NSP, Gintech and Solartech
-I Squared Capital's green energy investments in Taiwan
-Maiora Renewable's green energy investments in Taiwan
Mr. Chan also specialized in PRC investment projects in Taiwan. Recently he advised the Chinese investors Fosun Group, Techmation, Nice Group, and a few other private or state owned PRC companies on their investment projects in Taiwan.
Mr. Chan is also active in the areas of telecom, media and green energy and has advised several of the world's largest operators and infrastructure funds in respect of their project investments in Taiwan.
