Julie Wu has been with our firm since 2014 and focuses her practice on representing our clients to handle civil infringement litigations and administrative suits regarding patent, trademark and copyright. In addition, Julie has experience in judicial investigation on the cases regarding the Fair Trade Act issues and trade secrets disputes as well as dealing with the disputes regarding technology transfer and patent license.
Julie is specialized in the legal issues regarding Patent Act and Patent Linkage as she focused her study on such fields in the graduate school. Julie also participated in the Patent Linkage program sponsored by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office. Thus, Julie is familiar with the affairs and the legal issues regarding Patent Linkage and has experience in assisting our clients in dealing with Patent Linkage matters.
