Colin C.L Wu's practice covers capital markets, banking and finance, corporate and investment, civil dispute resolution and criminal dispute representation and defense.
Mr. Wu is an experienced lawyer and a former judge with a focus on regulatory enforcement, compliance and litigation matters for leading banks and financial institutions. He has worked on a variety of cases as a judge and in private practice by handling cases under the banking, securities and corporate laws. Before joining Lee and Li, he was a civil and criminal court judge at Taipei District Court and ruled on some of the most complex and high profile cases on public offering and issuing, anti-money laundering and corporate governance in the banking and finance sector.
Mr. Wu received his Bachelor of Law, Master of Law and Master of Business Administration degrees from National Taiwan University. He also received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.
