Sophie Kao is a senior attorney at Lee & Li, Attorneys-at-Law. Her practice areas include criminal and civil litigation, labor dispute and IP dispute resolution. Since she was once a law clerk in Criminal Department of Taiwan High Court, she specializes in criminal defenses involving forgery, fraud, defamation, embezzlement, and breach of trust. She also deals with violations of the Securities and Exchange Act for misrepresentation on financial reports, share price manipulation, insider trading, irregular transaction, and breach of the Banking Act and the Money Laundering Control Act.
