Henry graduated from National Taiwan University and National Chiao Tung University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a LL.M. degree, respectively, having cross-domain background knowledge in EE and Law. During postgraduate, his research focused on international IP law, international commercial arbitration, and protection of patents under international investment law. Starting his IP carrer at Lee and Li, he was actively involved in worldwide patent drafting, worldwide patent prosecution, and worldwide patent licensing and related tax matters, and passed the qualification examination for R.O.C. patent attorney in 2020. He has dealt with cases related to computer softwares, semiconductors, electronic circuits, mobile communication, consumer electronics, etc.
