Yi-Li Kuo is an attorney in Lee and Li's Corporate Department. Her expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and E-Payment.

Yi-Li is often recruited to work on complex transactions, and regularly assists domestic and international clients with M&A transactions. Her extensive experience in real estate and construction deals (including hotel management) is valued by clients from various jurisdictions. She has proved her capabilities in a variety of cases ranging from legal disputes arising from large-scale construction projects undertaken by foreign clients in Taiwan to a construction dispute for a Japanese client in an arbitration case before the International Chamber of Commerce.

Yi-Li is licensed to practice law in Taiwan and admitted to the New York Bar. She is fluent in Chinese and English, and is capable of conversational Japanese and able to read Japanese.
