I-Sha is an Associate Partner at the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law.
I-Sha often represents clients in renewable energy projects, including solar and offshore wind projects and assists clients in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating project-related agreements and providing advice in relation to Taiwanese law. She also regularly advises clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and real estate projects and provides assistance in conducting legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements, lease agreements, consignment agreements, and other ancillary documents and providing legal analysis.
In addition to the above, I-Sha also assisted a number of issuers in connection with their initial public offerings in Taiwan or abroad.
