Alvin Chen


Alvin Chen is a senior attorney at Lee and Li’s Corporate and Investment Department. He has degrees in law and in accounting and his expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and international trade law.

Alvin regularly assists domestic and international clients with M&A transactions, cross-border M&A transactions, joint venture transactions, and foreign investment in Taiwan. In addition, he also has substantial experiences in taxation and international trade law, handling various tax compliance and tax planning cases as well as anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation cases launched by the U.S., the European Union, Turkey, Thailand, and Malaysia. Furthermore, he often publishes articles on issues in taxation and international trade law and lectures in universities and colleges and professional institutions.
