Winona Chen

Associate Partner

Winona has been with our firm since 2008 and focuses her practice on the fields of intellectual property law/licensing, patent enforcement and litigation, and civil/administrative litigations. She is also familiar with the fair trade law issues, daily corporate issues and dispute resolution. Winona is capable of handling both litigation and non-litigation cases and has represented several famous enterprises for patent infringement cases, fair trade law issues (e.g., CD-R licensing dispute between Philips and local manufacturers, government clearance for BD patent pool, anticompetition disputes arising from SEP licenses, etc.), has provided legal consultation on intellectual property matters, and has represented enterprises and government agencies in handling administrative litigation. In February 2015, Winona obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, one of the Top 10 certifications in the U.S., to broaden the vision of legal practice.

In 2018, Winona was awarded "Women in Law Awards 2018" in recognition of her outstanding legal expertise and contribution within the practice area of Intellectual Property.
