Amy Chi

Senior Associate

Pei-Chun (Amy) Chi is a senior associate at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law. She specializes in optoelectronic device physics, laser design, epitaxial growth, and magnetic /electrical/optical characterization of semiconductive materials. Amy has also extended her prosecution experience on related technology fields such as semiconductor fabrication equipment and packaging, LED, display, bio-sensing, electric vehicle, and renewable energy device. With extensive experience on patent invalidation proceeding and patent infringement analysis, Amy has represented domestic and foreign clients before Intellectual Property Court for technical presentations.


Amy is also admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a registered patent agent since 2012.
