Ms. Alina Tang's major practice area includes intellectual property law, trade secret protection, fair trade law, etc., and she also specializes in contract reviewing and general civil/criminal disputes. While has been in the Patent and Technology Department of Lee and Li for more than ten years, Alina is familiar with matters related to patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret topics, and is experienced in handling patent and trademark infringement, domain name disputes, counterfeits for domestic and foreign enterprises. Alina is often invited to speak at colleagues and publish articles on intellectual property laws.
