Yung-Cheng Hsieh


Yung-Cheng Hsieh graduated from the Chemical Engineering department of National Tsing Hua University. Mr. Hsieh is knowledgeable in the patent practices of the ROC, CN, US, EPC, PCT, and others.

Mr. Hsieh is a counselor at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, and practices client counseling, preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and patent dispute cases. He has represented numerous high-tech clients (such as Molex, MK Electron, HannStar, Source Photonics, and others) with remarkable success in patent disputes.

Mr. Hsieh has extensive experience in patent applications in the areas of chemicals and materials, LEDs, IC fabrication, TFT-LCDs, semiconductor memory, optical storage, and hard disk drives. Before joining this firm, Mr. Hsieh acquired his technical experience working as an R&D engineer for a high technology company in Hsinchu Science Park, specializing in semiconductor fabrication and optoelectronics.
