Kayu Kuo graduated from Civil Engineering Department, National Taiwan University. He obtained a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology, in Japan, in 1995, and then worked in a Japanese construction consultant company and a Japanese analysis program developing company. After that, he entered Lee and Li. In 2008, he passed the first patent attorney examination in Taiwan and obtained the patent attorney license.


Kayu Kuo's main areas of expertise are machine, mechanism, electric motor, and new design patent. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent search and analysis, patent validity assessment, patent right disputes (cancellation proceeding, prevention of patent infringement, patent infringement litigation, etc.), and has participated in numerous cases and helped the clients protect their interests.
