Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, along with Epoch Foundation / Garage+, held the Term Sheet Workshop on April 19. Our partner Lihuei Mao, senior attorney Derrick Yang and Christina Chiang shared their practical insights on the key provisions in the term sheet and transaction documents, and accompanied around 20 startups to join the mock negotiation with VC partners such as CDIB. In the negotiation session, our attorneys represented the startups to provide them with prompt assistance in clarifying the contents of the term sheet. The attendees responded with positive feedbacks. We will keep communicating with the startups and join effort to build the eco system for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Taiwan.
